“Enjoyed our stay at the Jardin Botanico,staff are very good especially Camila at reception who was especially helpful and also Pablo who gave us a great guided tour of the city which was complimentary as advertised by the hotel. The tour was informative and very helpful in that we got our bearings of the city.”
“All reception staff very very good. Carmen, Pablo and Roberta extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with The rooms are cleaned to a high standard Highly recommend the walking tour, hosted by Pablo so had the benefit from his knowledge from having worked for a walking tour company but with the huge advantage of a very small group and direct and engaging communication compared to the groups of 20/30 that are everywhere as you walk round Followed up on some of Pablos suggestions for local experiences which were all good. Would recommend to stay here Thanks all Mike and Ali x”
